Can I extend or shorten my hours or cancel the day of my event?
You may be able to increase your hours the day of your event depending on the availability of the therapist or therapists. You may decrease hours or cancel up to 72 hours before your event without penalty. If you fail to provide notice 72 hours notice you but still give 24 hour notice you will be charged a 50% fee for your scheduled event. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full fee for your scheduled event.
What do people wear for chair massages?
Chair massage is done fully clothed and can be done virtually anywhere. Whatever your employees or guests are wearing should be fine. You may want to let people know that they will be receiving massages in case they'd like to wear something more comfortable for themselves. Otherwise, the massage can be done over any type of clothing.
What if I would like to have table massage at my event. What do people wear for that?
This depends on the location and nature of your event. If you offer a private place for your guests or employees to receive their massages they will be able to undress to their level of comfort. Otherwise, they will be appropriately clothed. Message with your specific event questions.
Do I need to provide anything?
Nope! Everything will be provided for you including the massage chair/table, linens (if necessary), lotion/oil and music etc.
